Fees

We think that good advice includes precise information about the costs and fees involved:

• Professional advice, drafting of agreements, etc. will be invoiced on the basis of our usual hourly rate or a flat-rate fee discussed and agreed in advance.  Together with our fee-note, you will receive a detailed table of services rendered.  
• In court proceedings we will normally apply the German statutory scale of lawyers’ fees (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz).  If requested, we will discuss the cost risk at any stage in the proceedings.
