Dr. Holger NielandHolger Nieland studied law at Hamburg and Bonn universities. After the first state examination he worked as a research assistant to Prof. Marcus Lutter at the Zentrum für Europäisches Wirtschaftsrecht, University of Bonn, where he completed his doctoral thesis on copyright law. Holger Nieland began his professional career in the Munich office of Beiten Burkhardt in the IP / IT / Media department. He has been working for DAMM & MANN since December 2006. |
